1. Confidentiality is the model
Yaval's trade desk is built on strict separation between buyers and suppliers. This is not an optional feature — it is the core of how we operate. Both sides can transact seriously because neither side is exposed to the other.
2. What buyers can rely on
Your identity, company name, and contact details are never shared with suppliers. When we route your RFQ to verified suppliers, it is anonymised — suppliers see only the specifications needed to quote accurately.
Raw supplier offers, names, and internal rankings are kept inside Yaval. You receive one verified, ranked offer rather than a flood of unverified quotes.
3. What suppliers can rely on
Your identity is kept confidential from buyers. You compete on documents, capacity, and price — not on brand exposure or public bidding wars.
Other suppliers never see your offers, pricing, or that you are participating. Each competition is private to you and Yaval.
4. Documents and diligence
Certificates, COAs, specifications, and other documents you upload are stored privately and used only for verification and deal execution by authorised Yaval staff. They are not shared with the other side of the trade.
5. When information is shared
Identifying details are shared only when a deal is agreed and both parties need them to execute — for example, for contracting, shipping, or compliance. Even then, we share only what is necessary.
6. Our team
Access to sensitive buyer and supplier information inside Yaval is limited to staff who need it to operate the trade desk, and is subject to internal confidentiality obligations.
7. Not a guarantee of a deal
Confidentiality describes how we handle your information; it is not a promise that an RFQ will receive an offer or that an application will be approved.
